Baby vomiting 2hrs after feed

My baby girl is approaching 3months old. Today she suddenly vomited milk (quite a huge amount) 2hrs after her feed. Should i be worried about this? It has been some time since she last vomit out milk. Is it due to digestive issue? Is this cause of concern that i should visit PD? Her milk intake is about 90-100ml every 2-4hrs, depending on her feeding demand. She does pee and poo regularly.
