Confinement during CNY
Hi mummies! Anyone of u gone through confinement during cny period? My aunt advises me that I cannot eat any cny goodies while I am doing confinement as it is not good for me. Thoughts?
Yes I am in confinement currently during cny. Can still eat some cny goodies such as love letters and bak kua in moderation as long as u are having proper confinement food during this period.
Im on my confinement now and just ended one week. My mom didnt allow me to eat so I stayed away from it (and because I was not very into cny goodies as well)
Nothing wrong with eating, but make sure you have a well balanced diet:) and drink loads of fluids. (Maybe your aunt wants more snacks for herself. Heehee)
I'm on confinement till tomorrow (cny day one is my last confinement day). I intend to eat cny goodies only after cny day one. Its best to avoid!!

I am on confinement too (2nd week). I still eat pineapple tart & kok zai... Husband nag but I don't care~ 1-2pieces no harm
Eat abit lor. If the opposition is really strong, then don’t eat lah. After confinement can still find cny goodies
Just choose what you should or should not eat wisely, some cny goodies are fine, just eat in moderation (:

I am on confinement right now hahaha and I just popped in a pineapple tart and banana cake. Yums.
Certain food is high in sugar. So avoid those if you have diabetes problem.
