Confinement during CNY

Hi mummies! Anyone of u gone through confinement during cny period? My aunt advises me that I cannot eat any cny goodies while I am doing confinement as it is not good for me. Thoughts?

I’m on confinement too but I do pop some goodies when I feel like. I guess just take a little is fine!
