Confinement during CNY

Hi mummies! Anyone of u gone through confinement during cny period? My aunt advises me that I cannot eat any cny goodies while I am doing confinement as it is not good for me. Thoughts?

Im on my confinement now and just ended one week. My mom didnt allow me to eat so I stayed away from it (and because I was not very into cny goodies as well)
