soda biscuit plain bread with blueberry jam cooked food that is left to cool down and air (not warm and less smell) mcd fillet burger n fries sushi but non raw toppings 4 mouth of fried rice packet green tea sour plum or fruit juice doesnt work for me..especially when i cannot eat much (too much digestive juice causing more nausea)
I bring along a pack of raisins, unsalted cashew nuts, walnuts and munch on them during work. Seems to help! Feel more nauseous if I dont take light snacks after lunch and the next meal is only at dinner.
Dried fig. Those sour and salty kind. I have some everytime I feel like throwing up. You may want to try something sour to see it helps.
Just start with whichever meal that makes you happy ! That works for me and it’s gotta be McDonalds with Ice Milo!
Try some diluted pure honey with warm water… and add in a slice of lemon
