No need to go to A&E unless you're very weak, dehydrated, can't eat & drink. Since you can at least drink so there's no need. 1st trimester is a normal phase for morning sickness so no, you're not dying. Your baby is still very tiny and it's normal to vomit out everything including the folic acid. The more empty your stomach is, the more nauseous you'll feel. Eat smaller meals but frequently. Eat bland meals like porridge or snack on some plain biscuits. Drink Milo kosong. Some will recommend to drink ginger tea but this may not goes well for everyone but you can try. Also don't drink anything sour like lemon or orange juice when your stomach is empty because they're acidic and will make nausea more worse. I've been through morning sickness from early pregnancy till 3rd trimester with my 4th one. Never happened with my other pregnancies and I was working back then. I took some anti nausea pills (there's drowsy & non-drowsy). Ask your gynae for this pills. And I also bought an anti nausea/sea band at Guardian.
