Help please urgent! Dying here..

Hi moms, Please please advise. Urgent! Im sooo worried. Im ard 8w2d pregnant today and since i found out abt it a couple of weeks ago, my morning sickness alr started and it is bad. Whatever goes in, goes out. And i only managed to drink plain water throughout the days which, will eventually also comes out. I worry if my baby doesnt get enough nutrients. I even vomit out the folic acids i take everyday. How like that la? Its been weeks like this. Should i walk in to a&e and get myself warded for glucose drip? This is my 4th pregnancy btw and i have a history of fall risk low blood. my 3 other children are 8,7 & 2 respectively and this phase is literally killing me. If i should walk into a&e, which a&e should i go to? Im actually a subsidised patient awaiting my very first appointment with SGH which is supposed to be this 23rd nov. Please please advise. Urgent. Dying here soon.

No need to go to A&E unless you're very weak, dehydrated, can't eat & drink. Since you can at least drink so there's no need. 1st trimester is a normal phase for morning sickness so no, you're not dying. Your baby is still very tiny and it's normal to vomit out everything including the folic acid. The more empty your stomach is, the more nauseous you'll feel. Eat smaller meals but frequently. Eat bland meals like porridge or snack on some plain biscuits. Drink Milo kosong. Some will recommend to drink ginger tea but this may not goes well for everyone but you can try. Also don't drink anything sour like lemon or orange juice when your stomach is empty because they're acidic and will make nausea more worse. I've been through morning sickness from early pregnancy till 3rd trimester with my 4th one. Never happened with my other pregnancies and I was working back then. I took some anti nausea pills (there's drowsy & non-drowsy). Ask your gynae for this pills. And I also bought an anti nausea/sea band at Guardian.
