SSS MATBEN for Self-employed/voluntary Members

Hello momshies!I am a voluntary member sa SSS this year lang pero last yr I was employed and have contributed the maximum amt to sss.Ang tanong ko lang is ano po yung effect ng Expanded Mat Leave Law which changed the no of days from 60 to 105 days sa mga katulad ko na unemployed / voluntary SSS members??32k parin po ba yung maximum benefit or magging 70k na?Narinig ko lang sa TV Patrol 2 days ago but walang paglilinaw if kasama sa magbebenfit yung mga unemployed moms.Thank you sa makakasagot! :)

i think in the works pa ang IRR for the expanden maternity act. sa news din nabanngit na wala pang guidelines for matben from sss end.

Hi sis! Upon inquiry sa SSS implemented na yung 70k mat benefit. In my case since govt employee ako from pvt before tinuloy ko pa din sss ko as voluntary. I just need to pay 6 mos at Php2400 monthly contribution to get the maximum benefit of Php70k by August.☺️ Hope this helps. BTW pede ka din pla mag file online maternity ben. Thanks
