For me lang, I'd rather tell him what it's really called/the real term para kalakihan nila. It's bad if they grow up shying away from these topics. Dapat open minded sila about it when they grow up.

You can just tell to your lo what that really is. Confusion might occur in the future if this wasn’t corrected.
