maternity leave with pay?

Hi momshies, I am little bit confused po kasi sa rights natin when it comes to maternity leave.. Sa 3 months po ba na nakaleave po tayo magsusweldo pa rin ba?.. Iba pa po ba un sa marerecv natin sa sss.. Bali ang total po ba na marecv natin eh monthly salary plus sss benefits.. May nabasa po kasi ako na hindi required na bayaran ng company ang monthly salary... 1st time mom po ako, sa Oct. Pa due date ko, pero ngaun palang we want to save na sa financial needs namin ni baby.. Salamat mga momsh.
