hi moms! do you exercise during 1st tri? like walking sa machine? advisable ba mag start ng exercise routine at this stage? thanks.

kung d maselan pregnancy mo mommy mas ok start ka 1st tri core strenghtening low impact ok naman kasi para gluteal and pelvic muscles mo lumakas mas nakakatulong dw yun sa labor and delivery tsaka mas active ka mas maganda ang flow ng oxygen ki baby kasi maayos ang blood circulation mo. ang alam ko iniiwasang workouts sa pregnancy are twisting and abs exercises e. tanong mo si ob if may restrictions ka.
