Hello mommies! Just wondering if it's normal to feel worried and often overthinking? Im on my 9th week panlang but lately i have been experiencing a troubled mind. Tulog pero prang gising ang diwa. Kanina lang ako bumalik fr work after 15days bedrest and andami ko naiisip pag nagrerest ako. What do you normally do to combat this? Thanks in advance.
