how to open cervix

Hi i am 9 months preg, I've been exercising but it's still going back to normal and I don't feel any signs of labor. What should I do to open my cervix? I watched other exercises on youtube but it didn't work.. What exercise should I do or any recommended exercise that can be watched? Thank you to those who will answer my two questions. ♥️

nung sa firstbaby ko 37weeks nako, every 6am naglalakad nako isang oras yon, Pag nasa bahay nako 30second squat habang naglalakad din, akyat panaog din sa kama habang naka bukaka, stretch stretch den ng hita, evrryday yon , tapos nung 39weeks nako don nako nag mild labor at sobrang bilis nalang tumaas ng Cm ko, 7pm kami umalis sa bahay 9or10 nanganak nako, hindi ako nakaranas ng sobrang pain sa labor, pagkarating ko naman sa delivery room, para lang ako tumae ng tubol n sobrang bilis niyang lumabas haha, wala pako iniinom non pineapple or kahit anong supplements para maglabor lang, more exercise, nood kalang sa yt
