Hello mommies 😊 Any tips po about breastfeed gusto ko po kasi mag breastfeed sa 2nd baby ko po, kasi sa 1st baby ko po merong lumalabas pero hindi nabubusog si baby, kaya plano ko sana mag BF ngayon, any tips mga mommies, Thank you 😊
Unlilatch lang po and keep yourself healthy and well-hydrated ☺️ Based on Supply and Demand po ang breastmilk production natin. So dapat padedehin si baby, para magkagatas tayo. Hindi yung hihintayin munang magkagatas bago padedehin si baby ☺️ Also, ang batayan po ng dami ng breastmilk natin ay based on baby's output (poops, wiwi, pawis), at hindi sa dami ng napu-pump.
