saken po effective ung 1 cup warm prune juice tuwing umaga. within the day or next, mapoop na talaga ako. safe naman daw ito sabi ni OB ko. ung Anmum din pag umiinom ako ng gabi, kinabukasan minsan mapoop na rin ako. drink 3 liters of water din daw a day sabi ng OB ko, makatulong daw. saka veggies.

nilalagay ko po sa microwave ung cup :)

effective sakin milk and banana.. everyday na ko ulit magpoop unlike dati na every after 2-3 days at super tigas.. water intake 3L talaga per day at more fruits at leafy veges lang din at kung di nman maselan lakad lakad or light exercise po :)
