How did you wean your LO?

Ask lang hehe kasi until now may supply pa naman ako but little by little lumiliit na yung supply ko, so ang plan namin ng spouse ko is magformula na si baby, and gusto ko na rin mag rest since almost 3 years na kami ni LO nag brebreastfeed. That's why I'm asking how you weaned your LO

Refuse breastfeeding sa daytime. Sabihin later nalang pag sleep or nap time. Keep baby entertained and well-fed with healthy food para mawala sa isip ang pagdede. Then pag okay na. Refuse breastfeeding sa gabi, gumawa ng other ways to help baby sleep. It helps kung night sleeper talaga at may solid routine ang bata (like ng daughter ). Introduce other ways to help baby fall asleep, like scratching the back or stroking hair or forehead, or patting ng butt or back. Last na tanggalin sa pagdede is yung sa hapon before nap time nila, kasi baka di na magnap pag wala help ng dede. Palitan ng other ways to soothe din sa nap pag aalisin na din ang nap dede. I breastfed my daughter for 3yrs 1wk🤍. Gradual weaning ang ginawa ko. No need for formula or bottle feeding. Just use Full cream milk at cups (open cup or straw cup). No need for artificial nipples. You have to help your child not be dependent on the breast so you can finally wean. Goodluck 😊😊 You can do this, momma!

how to comfort your toddler?

hello, mommies, yung toddler ko kasi is currently suffering from her allergic rhinitis and constantly crying kasi sneeze siya ng sneeze tas syempre pag constantly pinupusan ang ilong sumasakit so iniiyakan niya yon kasi need naming punasan kasi tumutulo yung sipon niya. We already gave her antihistamine but wala naman masyadong relief. Do you guys have any tips po? Para macomfort or marelief si LO kahit papaano...

What's your opinion on this?

We have 2 year old daughter, turning three, and we're planning to have another kid. Do you think mas better po ba na small lang ang age gap ng kids or mas maganda ang bigger age gap? I asked na rin dito kasi, lately we've been asking her if she wants to have a sibling but she's persistent on saying no. Even if we explained what a sibling is, still no...
