Hi mommies, sino dito may same experience sakin na hinaharass ng collections agency regarding bank loans? I know hindi ako nakapagbayad na and this is because ako ang nagsusupport sa kapatid kong nagdadialysis plus I also have 3 kids. Twice din ako nalay off sa work, I’ve been so stressed for the past 2 weeks and even got panic attacks. What did you do to them lalo na kung ayaw nila magbigay ng magandang settlement agreement?

you can opt to talk directly sa bank kung saan ka may loan and see if they can give you better settlement agreement, but keep in mind that its your obligation to pay up...

Obligation mo ang magbayad kaya right nila ang magcollect. If you can prove na harrassment na ang ginagawa nila, pwede mo iconsult sa lawyer. Pero syempre, gastos din yun.
