Cucul Depo

Hello mommies, saya dah ambik perancang depo for a year. Effect nya lama dah tak datang period and badan makin naik berat. So haritu nurse ada tanya nak stop ke tak, but I said let me think first sbb plan nak stop when baby dah genap 2y. Now I tgh consistence nak turun kn weight badan, so bila fikir balik maybe I should stop take depo and try to stabilkam balik hormon which is nak period balik lah. Boleh tak I just stop without going to clinic? Maybe can just whatsapp my nurse talk about it?
