CANDID V1 CLOTRIMAZOLE INSERT

Hi mommies. Really need your insights on this insert tablet. I am pregnant 6 weeks. I insert this tablet last night and this morning i read that this insert is not safe during first trimester pregnancy. Very worried right now. After waking up, I feel abdominal pain. I bought this tablet at a pharmacy and forgot to tell I am pregnant because I was in a rush. Really need other mommies insight.
