Hi mommies, voluntary ang membership ko sa sss, pwede po ba si hubby magfile ng maternity notif ko sa sss, bed rest kasi ako ng 1month. And anu po need nya dalhin aside sa ultrasound copy po? Thank you. ?

Yung Signed Mat1 form, ultrasound report, sss id mu and authorization mu (indicated na bedrest ka) to submit & Id nya.
