TTC after Ectopic..

Hi mommies & mommies to be.. I've been ttc for 7 years now. On the 6th year, i went through operation removing my left tube and ovary because of ruptured ectopic left tubal prengnancy. Have anyone successfully pregnant with just 1 tube? Love to hear your experiences on this. Very much appreciate it. Thanks.. ?
