Is it safe to consume panadol actifast?

Hey mommies! I'm around 7 weeks pregnant and wanted to ask, is it safe to consume panadol actifast? I have migraine once in every month. I wonder if I can still consume it. Thank you ?

Saya sepanjang kehamilan belom pernah makan ubat selain folic acid/vitamin yg dokter bagi. Now nak masok 5bulan ni, demam panas dlm. Tu pon ambil panadol 500mg. Selain panadol¶cetamol cannot sis.
