Hi mommies.. im 5weeks pregnant.. can i continue fasting? Is it okay?

Cuba dulu takpa, but make sure minum air secukupnya masa sahur dan berbuka. Ambil makanan yg tinggi serat (seeloknya kurma) & minum air masak banyak utk elak dehydrated. 😃 Tapi kalau ada alahan teruk tu..better jangan lah mummy 😥
