PCOS

For some Low Carb and Intermittent Fasting may not work, pero sa akin nakahelp. May PCOS ako for more than 10yrs. I tried LCIF, and never in my wildest dream na mabubuntis ako just after 3mos. Been longing to have a child for 9yrs! And were now on our 2nd tri. Kasabay din ng dasal 😊 goodluck!
