PCOS

Hi sis . Nadiagnosed ako na may pcos wayback 2012 . Naoperahan ako kse lumaki sya at naging dermoid cyts last June 2018 but God is good kse February 2019 nung nabuntis ako . & now my baby is 4mos old 😊😊 For me based on my experience , the best way to treat is stay fit & healthy . Eat veggies & fruits . I also took glutathione for 1 month & pills for 3mos .
