Philhealth Maternity Benefit

Hello mommies, I just want to be enlightened with the philhealth required contribution to avail mat benefits. Kasi po I resigned from work last July so ayun din po last payment ng contribution ko. Now, my edd is June po. Para po makapag avail ng benefits ilang months po ang dapat kong hulugan. Thanks in advance po. ??
