Mommies, do you give yourself a time in a day just to rest from chores or from taking care of the kids? As in rest lang talaga or wala na kayong time for this?

If "scheduled" me time, wala na talaga especially now na wala kaming helper. Minsan may mga times na tapos na ako sa chores, tapos napahaba ang nap ni bagets, nagpapahinga din ako.
