Best Vitamin for Folic Acid

Hi mommies! Ask ko lang if what's your vitamins for folic acid? My doctor recommended me Mamafer (Multivitamins+Iron) and Anmum milk. Just checking to make sure I got the best vitamin for folic acid coz I'm a first time mom. Thanks for your reply.

The best folic out there is QUATROFOL. 2 of my obs recommended it. It’s in folate form na kasi, easily absorbed by the body compared sa taking in Folic Acid.

Actually ako been taking quatrofol for 6mos before I got pregnant kasi I have Pcos. Tapos sabi ni doc tuloy2 na until manganak.
