Preterm Labor

Hi mga Momshies, Share ko lang yung current situation ko right now. I've posted few days ago regarding preterm labor and hindi ko aakalain na aabot sa puntong maaadmit ako kasi nagprogress yung contractions ang blood discharge ko. Yesterday, mga bandang 12midnight, medyo nagtataka ako kasi parang may tumutulo sakin. Akala ko naihi lang ako. When I checked, malagkit sya then I smelled it. So, confirmed dugo yun. Sobrang dami. I was wearing that time panty liner. And soaked na soaked sa blood ung liner at may buo buo pa. So ginising ko husband ko then kinontak namin OB ko. Around 6am nagreply OB ko na dalhin na ko sa ER para ma-IE ako. So immediately, nagpunta kami ng hospital. To my surprise, 2-3cm na ako. OMG. My baby just turned 32weeks pa lang and sobrang kulang pa talaga. 🥺 Walang ibang choice kundi ipaadmit ako. Nilagay ako sa labor room for monitoring ng contractions and heartbeat ni Baby. Inultrasound din ako few hours after ako makapagpahinga sa labor room. Pelvic ultrasound ang inuna. Active naman si Baby. Sobrang likot. Okay ang amniotic fluid. Okay ang heartbeat. Nasa 1.9kilos pa lang sya. Pasok naman for 32weeks. But I am sooo worried if talagang maggigive birth ako sakanya ng ganito kaaga, sobrang liit nya pa at hindi pa talaga fully developed ang lungs. 🥺 To check kung gaano kanipis na ang cervix, tinransvaginal ultrasound ako. The saddest part is, 80% effaced na ang cervix ko. 😞 20% na lang, as in wala na makikita. Dun ako sobrang nababother. 2-3cm 80% effaced. Anytime this week if nagprogress yung cm ko, mailalabas ko na si Baby. Pero ayoko pa. 🥺 Hindi pa sya handa. Hindi pa pwede. 🥺 To all Momshies reading this na preggy din, please take good care of yourself. As much as possible wag kayo magpapakastress and all. Sobrang hirap ng pinagdaraanan ko ngayon. Oo, gusto ko na sya makita. Mayakap. Makapiling. But not this early. 🥺 Kung kakayanin mapagstay sya sa tummy ko for more weeks pa, please Lord, magstay po muna sya. 🥺 He really needs to develop his lungs muna. Please pray for the safety of my Baby. 🙏🙏

Praying for you and your baby's safety, mommy. I know how difficult your current situation is. I hope maagapan pa talaga. We almost had the same situation with my second baby though ung start ng close interval contractions ko at home was a bit lighter than yours..I did not have any bloody discharge. Pero pagdating hospital my cervix was already 6cm dilated. My OB gave steroids hoping to speed up the development ng lungs ni baby sa tummy ko. I was only on my 33rd week of pregnancy back then. Hindi na npigilan un and I gave birth after trying to hold it off ng 12 hours. Na NICU si baby ng 3 weeks after that due to low birth weight and other complications pa.
