Palagi mo lang isipin na kapag stress ka or depress, palaging apektado si baby. Any negative thoughts na meron ka, ramdam niya yun. Kaya as long as you can, iwasan mo yung mga ganyan mumsh. Find a way para sumaya ka. Talk to your friends, kumain ka, maglibang ka.
