Hi mga momshies. Ask ko lang kung panu makapag-online ng maternity notification kapag member separated from employment? Netong March 2020 ako nagresign and di pa rin nauupdate ung coverage status ko sa SSS account from Employed to Voluntary Member. Balik ka agad sa SSS hindi stable ang online application lage pag government, ang site then ask ka agad ng MAT1 application, plus binigyan ka dapat nila ng list of requirements
