SALARY DIFFERENTIAL
Hello mga momshie, Pano po malalaman kung may salary differential ka at kung panu mag compute? Gusto ko kasi pag pumunta ako sa HR namin, may idea na ako. Salamat po sa sasagot :)

Ang alam ko po may salary differential pag may rotation ang schedule. Parang call center ang sched o guard. Ang computation po depende sa company.
