Our set-up is different. I am in-charge of phone bills and grocery and my hubby is in-charge of the electric and water bills, house and car. On top we have our own credit card duties. This is workable for us. Depends sa inyo. But you know, trust is important. You will feel naman if your spouse is secretive, if so why?
