Hi mamsh. Fruits and veggies lang po prefer kong kinakain kasi pag meat matagal pong madigest. Number 1 recommend ko po sa inyu.. Hot or warm water sa umaga po. 2 to 3 glasses of warm water. Very effective po sya sakin :)

More water or kain ka ng rich in fiber na food, like oatmeal.
