Hi! It is best to consult your pediatrician for proper treatment for this rash. Sometimes applying several creams/ointments can further worsen this. At times you need to apply topical steroids. But take note that baby’s skin are very mild and not all steroids are the same. So best not to self-medicate. Please keep area dry from milk or sweat. Daily bath with mild soap and lukewarm water. If you haven’s consulted yet, you may apply first zinc oxide cream :)
