True Labor or not?

Hi mga mommies...is it possible na Im in labor kahit walang pain.Im at 38 weeks and 1 day. Since 6 pm tonight tumitigas ang tummy ko with intervals of 3 to 5 minutes until this time. Its quite different from braxton hicks nung mga nakaraang araw kasi di nawawali ung contractions kahit nagchachange position ako. Consistent ung paninigas. There's no pain sa abdomen but sumasakit ang balakang ko na nawawala then after tumitigas ung tummy. I had a white vaginal discharge earlier pero no tinge of blood. I don't want to rush to the hospital tapos false labor lang pala. Baka may mga same experience here.
