True labor or Braxton-Hicks Contractions?

Hello TAP community! Just want to share what I have been experiencing today. I only slept for about three hours with continues contraction, pain on my lower back plus pain on my lower part of abdomen, with muscle pain on my legs and shoulders and frequent trip to bathroom to pee and poop. But still manageable that I can prepare for our food. This is my first pregnancy. I am now 39 weeks and 1 day. May I know someone with same experience? And what do I need to do next? Thank you in advance.
