Braxton hicks contractions or not?

Hi! I'm 36 and 5 days pregnant since yesterday I felt cramps on my lower abdomen it doesn't goes away that fast no matter what I do but the intensity of pain doesn't get more intense until night and dawn It was even accompanied with lower backpain. Please tell me if is it still braxton hicks ? #advicepls #1stimemom
