Having another baby, mixed feelings

Hello mga mommies. May mga katulad ko ba dito na 1y/o and 2 months palang ang first baby, masusundan na agad next year? I'm 26, turning 27 next year. CS ako before and for sure CS again this time. Kakacheck ko lang kanina and positive ang PT ko plus delayed na ang mens ko. So this is real na talaga 😬 Mixed feelings kasi nasundan agad dahil lang naglapse ako sa pag-inom ng pills, tapos andun pa yung di pa kami kinakasal ng LIP ko (after 2 years sana eh), tapos yung magiging comments sakin ng family ko and ng nakakakilala sakin. These are my worries right now. 😔 Financially, I can say I am capable, pero si LIP wala pa work. I don't plan to share this news to anyone yet but I plan to start na mag-ipon at magtipid pa lalo. If you have any advice to an expecting mom with a toddler like me, I'd really appreciate it. Any tips from someone with a similar case or sa napagdaanan na ito?
