I'm pregnant again!!!

I know na it's another blessing but I didn't know that it will be this early. Mag 1yr old palang yung anak ko and she's still a baby and I can't believe na she's going to be an ate na. I have mixed emotions right now. I dunno pero at some point I wish mas nag ingat kami ni hubby since we are not yet really ready for another baby. But here we are, pregnant again! Di pa naman confirmed but earlier I had my 2nd PT and it shows 2 line. Crystal clear as in dalawa. I'll have another one by tom and I dont know. Sa mga mommies na nabuntis agad when their lo's is still an infant how did you cope up? I mean what did you do to prepare for another baby? Hayssstttt.
