2nd pregnancy

Hello mommies out there. I am 24 and I have a 2 year old child now, and I am currently pregnant with my 2nd but it is unplanned. I'm really frustrated right now, because my family will be disappointed again. I don't have the courage to tell them that I have a second. I feel so dumb and worthless.
