4 Month Sleep Regression - ANY TIPS AND TRICKS?

Hi mga mommies and daddies! FTM here. Long post ahead. My LO is already 4 months. Gusto ko mang maniwala or hindi, pero she’s going through sleep regression. Dating 3 months sya, nakaka 6 to 8 hrs syang sleep na diretso. Paingit ingit pero kaya nya iself soothe ang sarili nya to go back to sleep. Ever since, she always fell asleep pag hinehele ko sya or pinapadede ko sya. Dun lang sya nakakatulog. Sleep training never works for us ni baby. I just follow her cues and do our routine. Lagi yon, by 8pm antok na antok na sya or tulog na sya non kasi nalinisan ko na sya tapos napadede. Mga ganong things. Ngayon sobrang nahihirapan ako kasi minsan 30 min lang iiglip and nilalabanan nya mga antok nya hanggang sa maging overtired sya and super bugnutin sa gabi. Nagigising sya almost every 1-2 hours and sa konting kaluskos lang. the hardest part is, kada gigising sya, she always wants to be fed. I nurse her (as a breastfeeding mom) or rocked her to sleep (again). Hindi rin siya sanay mag pacifier. Ewan ko ba, one time biglang ayaw na lang nya. Hindi sya nakakatulog pag walang sumpak na boobs sa bibig nya. My boobs are super sore. Parang mewborn stage ulit. I feel like it’s gonna take a toll on me later on, pero what am I supposed to do? Sometimes, I feel like I am not doing a good job, not ‘sleep training’ her, pero mas feel ko namang I am not doing a good job as a mom kung hahayaan ko lang sya umiyak nang umiyak kahit alam ko ang needs nya. Minsan nakakapressure lang. Huhu Any tips on how to survive sleep regressions? And what happened to your LOs after going through sleep regressions? Thank you so much.

normal sa babies mommy ang pabago bago ng tulog sa knila, prang monthly nga nagbabago bago ugali nila minsan sa tulog minsan sa ugali din .. ganun tlga pag baby hehe
