if kaya naman po, less lang po kain ng karne.. isang dahilan po yun kaya nagigibg matigas ang stool. kian po tayo ng alternative na protein. then inom po maraming tubig

Drink lots of water and prune juice every morning upon waking up.
Prune juice with Clium fiber first thing in the morning po.
