bes sakin ka maniwala , take. iron ferous ascorbic in morning and afternoon depende sa mood mo, tas before sleep ka mag calcium or atleast mag take ka ng meds mo then after 1hr tsaka ka mag calcium tas pag iinum ka ulit medz after 4hrs pa dapat
