Change of breast and pain around lower belly

Hi mama goergous♥️, Im 9 weeks of pregnant, my breast become smooth and i feel some pain when i open up my bra, feel like heavy. This 2 days, my bawah perut feel pain... smpai bila breathing pon rasa sakit mcm menyucuk. Any explain regarding this? Macam risau pulak sebab pjj with hubby ?
