Philhealth contribution

Magagamit pa po ba Philhealth if ngayon lang magbabayad? 1 year po kasi akong na stop dahil walang work. Mag vovoluntary payment po ako. I'm giving birth on August, pati po ba yung 1 year need ko pa bayaran or yung this year lang?
