Alkaff Mansion Ristorante is an ideal place to propose. It's a huge colonial style bungalow set amidst lush greenery. They have a great wine selection and serve the best Italian food. It's super romantic, away from the hustle bustle of the city. Makes it an ideal spot for a romantic night out as well as for a proposal.

I was proposed to by my fiance while having dinner on the Singapore Flyer. It was really surreal and romantic, being suspended in the city skyline. There were 3 other couples/families there and they cheered us on after I said yes. Another alternative would be the cable car dining experience.
