Looking for a restaurant to propose? Any good suggestions?

I was proposed to by my fiance while having dinner on the Singapore Flyer. It was really surreal and romantic, being suspended in the city skyline. There were 3 other couples/families there and they cheered us on after I said yes. Another alternative would be the cable car dining experience.
