My LO has bad reflux to the extend that she vomits out the bm that she took. Therefore I'm currently feeding her fm with thickener to ensure that the milk stays in her stomach as much as possible. Bf session has therefore reduced greatly to the extend I'm only nursing her to sleep until her reflux issue improves. Meanwhile, is there anyway to reduce the bm supply for the time being as I feel very heart pain to pump and dump. I don't intend to store my bm for future use, so pumping out to store would be a viable option for me. Thanks!

Why not to store? If you don't wish to give it to your local as frozen breast milk, you can let her have it as milk bath or else donate it out. There are many people out there who is in need of breast milk especially for pre matured babies.
