LMP: 02-26-19 EDD: Dec.03, 2019 Born: Nov.08, 2019 36 weeks and 3 days ko po sya naipanganak elevated na daw po ung umbilical cord nya kaya need na nya lumabas kasi may tendency makatae na sya loob ng tyan ko... sobrang sakit sa isang magulang na kagaya ko makita ang anak ko na nakaganyan ilang araw nako umiiyak kaiisip sakanya kahit binibisita ko sya sa NICU everyday hindi ko kayang makita ang anak ko na naka ganyan na parang nahihirapan siya ? please pray for my baby mga mommies for faster and better recovery ilang araw na po sya nasa NICU since nung naipanganak ko sya at nasa incubator na po sya ngaun at ginagawa ko best ko magpump ng breastmilk ko para sakanya para mafeed na sya.. any recommendations po para lumakas po yung breastmilk ko hirap din po ako magcollect ng breastmilk ? ngaun nakauwi na ako si baby nasa hospital pa ang hirap malayo sa anak ko gusto ko nasa tabi ko nalang sya palagi first baby ko sya

1. More Water (3 liters a day). Moms who drink only little water po can get constipated, feel fatigued, and have trouble concentrating according to Dr. Sears. Coconut Juice with the meat 3. malunggay honey na parang gawin mo ring water mo po: a. boil ng fresh malunggay leaves in 1 to 3 liters water po b. let it cool c. haluan ng honey d. then yan po gawin mong water e. you can drink it with life oil or other malunggay capsules din po pampalakas ng milk production 4. Almond Milk 5. Ginger Tea 6. Fresh Fruit Juices 7. vegetable juice like tomato and carrot juice 8. Any Chocolate Drink (milo iniinom ko pampatulong na din) FOODs: 1. Malunggay (tinola, basta sabaw po) 2. Green Papaya 3. Oats 4. fenugreek seeds di ko pa na try po. 5. Carrots 6. Lactation Cookies ) 7. Sesame Seeds 8. Chia Seeds 9. Dairy (eggs) 10. Yogurt 11. Legumes 12. Fish 13. Ampalya 14. Sweet Potato (kamote) 15. Almonds & other nuts 16.Seafoods like (Halaan)
